Message from the Headteacher

Dear Parents/Carers,

Well done to all of the children who received the Headteacher’s certificate in our first Praise assembly last week. It is always lovely to hear of the fantastic reasons as to why the children have been chosen for their certificates, and, as always, it is lovely to see so many parents/carers come along and watch the children receive them. Our next Praise assembly will be at the end of this month, on the 26th Oct.

Next week is Parents’ Evening, so please do make an appointment and come along to meet your child’s new class teacher. I will be in the upper hall if you would like to have a chat or a cup of tea/coffee! Many thanks, Jon Stevens.

Parents' Evening - Tues 9th & Wednesday 10th Oct.

You should have received an email and a text this week with instructions on how to book your slot for parents’ evening. If you have not received this, please let the school office know, so that we can add you to the list of   contacts. The text and emails are only sent to the first person who is     registered on our system, therefore, you should only receive one email/text. If you have any difficulties in booking a slot, please come and ask at the school office.

Please do take this opportunity to come and meet your child’s class teacher and to hear how well they have settled in.

School Governors - Friday 26th October 9am - 10am

As you know, Governors are coming into school on a monthly basis to talk to staff, pupils and parents. Therefore, the Governors would like to invite you for a coffee/cup of tea and a chat. It will be informal and an opportunity to meet and talk to members of the Governing Board, and will be held in the  upper hall. Please do take up this opportunity to meet members of the GB.
