Dear Parents/Carers,           

At the end of this term we are saying goodbye to Mrs Concannon and Mrs Priest, who have both decided to move on. We are sad to say goodbye, but wish them all the very best for the future. For continuity for the children, we have employed Miss Norwood, who will be the class teacher for the rest of the year, and Mrs Lewis will move to PPA cover and support teacher. Miss Norwood will be visiting the class next Thursday and getting to know the children before she starts in January. I am sure you will join me in welcoming Miss Norwood to Bromley Hills. Monday: Our school choir will be performing in our cluster of schools carol   service: ‘Because it’s Christmas’ starting at 6pm at Crestwood secondary school. Year 6 music assembly in the upper hall, starting at 2.30pm.

Tuesday: Class 3/4L music assembly in the upper hall, starting at 2.30pm.

Thursday: Party afternoon for whole school. Children to bring in party clothes.

Friday: Panto for the whole school & carols on the playground starting at 1.30pm. Christmas Jumper Day - All children can wear their favourite jumper.

All children have submitted their art drawings and 12 lucky winners have been chosen to be part of our very own Bromley Hills 2019 calendar, which has been professionally printed (and looks very smart!). Cost: £4.50. If you would like to buy one, please     purchase at the school office. Hurray while stocks last!

Magical Maths is a super fun club designed to boost children’s confidence and better engage them with maths. The club runs for an hour straight after school  w/c 7^th January for 6 weeks.  KS1 (Yr1 to Yr2) – 3.30pm to 4.30pm Wednesdays / KS2 (Yr3 to Yr6) – 3.30pm to 4.30pm Tuesdays. Carols on the playground will be on the last day of term, Friday 21st Dec starting at 1.30pm. All welcome!

School will close at 2pm after Carols on the playground.

There will not be any afterschool club on the last day, due to the early closure.
